Introduction
To achieve Sales targets, by knowing the market opportunities & threats and maximising the customers experience when buying from Shimano.The Challenge
1. Track performance against targets and take remedial action where necessary in order to achieve goals2. Create and provide to the organisation market insights; based on visit reports, data analysis and competitor research3. Visit customers and build valued relationships with Shimano
4. Give product presentations, product information and offer proposals to current and potential customers
5. Actively support and participate in Marketing initiatives
6. Have proactive approach to the market, always looking for new opportunities to grow market share or increase sales 7. Create account and regional sales plans, including setting targets and KPIs
