About the Role
What You Will Do
- Develop and execute a robust territory business plan for Greater Cape Town, including SWOT analysis, SMART objectives, and contingency planning
- Drive sustainable revenue growth by winning market share, closing complex opportunities, and expanding key accounts across public and private sectors
- Build strong, value-based relationships with surgeons, theatre teams, procurement, and hospital leadership
- Act as a clinical and commercial expert, holding credible discussions on Joint Replacement / Arthroplasty products, procedures, and innovations
- Provide high-quality in-theatre support, education, and training, adding value and confidence during procedures
- Use consultative selling techniques to understand customer needs and emotional drivers, positioning solutions accordingly
