Qualification Matric Tertiary Education or Sales Training Courses Requirements Minimum 3 years' experience as sales representative in the hardware or building and construction industry essential Must have a valid unendorsed drivers license and own vehicle Duties Strategically upsell and cross-sell products to increase basket size. Identify and target potential retailers to expand our customer base through cold calling efforts. Willing and able to do cold calling. Long distance day trips are required. Liaise with management to provide constructive feedback relating to product quality, service levels and market information. Attend to customer requests and issues arising from operations. Ensure market data is relevant and updated market intelligence. Maintaining the CRM system at all times.
