Job Description :

Report to: Sales Manager

Summary:
• To assist and manage the daily sales and marketing activities of the Sales & Marketing department activities in accordance with guidelines and to ensure achievement of the goals and objectives of the company.

Responsibilities:
• Manage the accounts by segments assigned by Sales Manager;
• Actively visit customers in order to know their current needs and new project developments.
• Introduce new products to customers;
• Offer quotation to customer whenever required;
• Communicate with external organization/customers relating to technical issue;
• Solve the customer’s complaints and technical issues.
• Analyze and understand the market movement;
• Evaluate competitor’s selling price and compare against the company’s selling price.
• Make rolling forecast and market survey about Masterbatch in Viet Nam.
