About the Role

  1. Develops & implements customer business plans and reports progress accordingly.

  2. Promotes educational materials in his assigned area (Schools, Associations, Organizations, and Practitioners).

  3. Facilitates and attends special events affecting his assigned area (e.g., seminars, book fairs).

  4. Manages his selling expense budget according to the approved annual business plan.

  5. Presents and sells learning solutions to customers using prescribed selling tools.

  6. Attends to customer concerns/complaints and reports the same to the Regional Sales Manager, especially when assistance is needed.

  7. Gathers customer information, market intelligence, anticipates forthcoming customer initiatives and monitors competitor's activities in the assigned territory.
