About the Role
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum age 35 years old.
- Proven experience in sales, wholesale, retail, and dealer management.
- Experience in sales and/or marketing activities.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Thai language skills (preferred).
- TOEIC score of 700 or above.
- Analytical skills with the ability to create data visualizations (Power BI experience preferred).
- Proficient in MS Office and familiar with CRM systems.
- Ability to travel as required.
- Mid-to long-term production planning
- Formulation of mid-term plans (mainly sales strategies)
- Visualization of internal data (using Power BI)
- Operation of internal management meetings
