Job Summary
The Local Project Administrator (PA) will be responsible for providing administrative support in the execution of project contracts and Long Term Service Agreements (LTSAs), ensuring contractual compliance, revenue recognition support, document control, client communication, and performance visibility. Working as an integrated member of the technical team, this role focuses on the administrative and financial obligations of contracts throughout their lifecycle.
This position requires alignment with Emerson’s policies and procedures, compliance with local legislation (including tax and labor obligations), and the disciplined use of regional and global corporate tools to ensure traceability, control, and efficient contract and project management. As part of the role, the Local PA will also coordinate with the Project Support team based in Costa Rica, ensuring integration with local processes, delivery timelines, and company standards.
