Qualifications
- Defines and ensures all eCommerce activities for the segment in alignment with the segment's strategy to achieve targeted results.
- Develops the specific eCommerce strategy, creates concepts, plans, and executes the resulting Digital Roadmap for ContiTech Industrial Solutions EMEA/Distribution segment from planning to go-live.
- Analyzes eCommerce and digitalization market trends and competition activities to provide guidance for own development activities
- Defines webshop upgrades and improvements based on customer feedback, industry best practices
- Execute customer trainings, Onboarding, engagement on the webshop internally & externally
- Maintains the timeliness and accuracy of material data for the webshop
- Participation and contribution to segment, Business Area or Corporate e-Commerce projects
