JOB PURPOSE

The Sales Operation Coordinator assists with sales operations for our retail operations in Natural,

Conventional, Mass, Club, E-tailer, and International channels by accurately recording data,

performing administrative functions, and assisting with presentation building.

KPIs

● Complete all sales operations tasks on-time and accurately

● Portal and data management accuracy

● Accuracy of sample request administration

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

● Customer service: working closely with the operations team on PO management and

administration; communication with buyers and other customer staff

● Total order input and management for select accounts and samples. Includes inputting the
