About the Role
Roles and responsibilities:
· Partner with RevOps Analysts to update and implement changes in Salesforce.
· Review and resolve support requests from Sales and Customer Success (e.g., owner changes, data clean-up, resolving SFDC errors). Execute various data clean-up projects such as deduplication, manual data review, and record corrections.
· Monitor data quality and ensure adherence to data governance standards.
· Assist with user management, role assignments, and permissions in Salesforce.
· Document processes, workflows, and system changes for future reference.
· Support ad hoc reporting requests and help maintain dashboards for Sales and Success teams.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.
Qualifications and skills requirements:
· 1–3 years of experience with Salesforce (SFDC) in a high-volume SaaS organization.
