About the Role

Role Overview:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and market share growth for our product lines, including hair care, cooking edible oils, spices, and coconut oil. This role requires a strong understanding of the FMCG sector, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record in sales management.

Responsible for achieving sales targets, managing distributors, driving market expansion, and leading field teams to deliver strong execution across General Trade channels.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales & distribution targets for the assigned area.
  • Negotiates pricing, promotions, and contracts
  • Ensures product listing, visibility, and shelf space
  • Tracks sales performance and targets
  • Coordinates with supply chain and marketing teams
  • Plans in-store promotions and campaigns
