Business development and customer development in south China by focusing on Automotive Electronics application.
- Build up and maintain good customer relationship by managing routine customer meetings, quarterly business review, executive management meetings, technical workshop, etc..
- Right sales and business development strategy to match the individual customers development needs
- Develop a healthy design in pipeline to ensure robust and sustainable revenue growth, by diversified and balanced design in efforts in key customers and OEMs. Sell ST solution rather components.
- Working with Marketing teams is a requirement in understanding, developing and deploying a system level sales solution towards customer applications. To capture new opportunities on automotive applications by winning more projects
