• Conduct regular service reviews and suggest improvement programs to the department
• Meet with customer regularly to report customer satisfaction level
• Work with customer to identify specific needs for additional advice or expertise and make appropriate follow up recommendations
• Coordinate, prepare and compile bid submission documents in relation to tendering/bidding activities, tender questionnaires and pre‑qualification
• Vet through incoming tenders and note down tender due date, project start and end date, tender submission instructions/requirements and mode of submission
