Responsibilities

+ Achieve year on year increase in Sales within the Japan catchment.

+ Implement sales strategies, development business relationships, and deliver customer satisfaction.

+ Distil large amounts of complex information into the core basic issues and drive solutions

+ Management of large accounts in Japan and interacting with customer's technical engineers, procurement specialists, and management teams.

+ Teaming with resources at the Product Division and within the business unit is essential to achieve required results.

Requirements

+ Minimum 15 years professional work experience

+ Minimum 10 years in a sales role with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

+ Bachelor's degree in related field such as metal or inorganic chemistry (technical background is highly preferred)
