You’ll own the tele‑sales process end‑to‑end — from managing closers and optimizing conversions to developing strategies that increase customer lifetime value and retention.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and manage a team of E‑commerce tele‑sales closers focused on upselling and cross‑selling to existing customers.
