About the Role


  • Developing and implementing sales strategy

  • Managing and expanding relationships with key accounts

  • Active business development across Poland (2-3 days per week)

  • Participation in trade fairs and conferences

  • Negotiating contracts, pricing, and trade terms with stakeholders

  • Monitoring competitors and analyzing market trends

  • Reporting on sales performance and forecasting

  • Close cooperation with marketing team (including POS management and promotional activities)

Key Account ManagementBusiness Development across Poland

  • 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in consumer goods or pharmaceutical sectors

  • Strong knowledge of the Polish retail and pharmacy landscape

  • Proven track record in account management and acquiring new clients

  • Willingness and ability to travel across Poland
