About the Role
- Developing and implementing sales strategy
- Managing and expanding relationships with key accounts
- Active business development across Poland (2-3 days per week)
- Participation in trade fairs and conferences
- Negotiating contracts, pricing, and trade terms with stakeholders
- Monitoring competitors and analyzing market trends
- Reporting on sales performance and forecasting
- Close cooperation with marketing team (including POS management and promotional activities)
- 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in consumer goods or pharmaceutical sectors
- Strong knowledge of the Polish retail and pharmacy landscape
- Proven track record in account management and acquiring new clients
- Willingness and ability to travel across Poland
