About the Role
The Sales Manager is responsible for achieving revenue targets, leading the sales team, and driving consistent business growth across assigned markets and segments.
Responsibilities:
- Own and deliver revenue targets across assigned markets.
- Ensure healthy pipeline generation and conversion discipline.
- Lead, coach, and performance-manage Sales Executives.
- Conduct regular pipeline, activity, and forecast reviews.
- Monitor conversion rates and optimize sales funnel performance.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Product to improve acquisition effectiveness.
- Ensure CRM hygiene, reporting accuracy, and forecasting reliability.
- Identify growth opportunities, partnerships, and new segments.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 6+ years of experience in Sales
