8–10 Years (Mandatory experience in Payroll BPO/Managed Services)
Location:

India (Tier 1 Hubs: Mumbai/NCR/Bengaluru/Pune)
Target Segment:

Mid-to-Large Enterprises (Enterprise Sales / Strategic Accounts)
Role Objective
The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth by acquiring new enterprise clients for our Payroll Outsourcing and Statutory Compliance services. You will act as a Consultative Closer, identifying pain points in manual payroll processes and pitching our managed services as a strategic solution for risk management and cost optimization.
