About the Role

About the Role:
As a Sales Manager, you will lead sales efforts in the Nordic countries and other regions, focusing on Enghouse Locus products tailored for the public safety sector, including Police, Fire Brigades, and Healthcare. You will drive demand by educating prospects on industry trends, crafting innovative solutions, and executing winning strategies to secure new business and boost revenue. This Hybrid role combines client visits with strategic planning and requires exceptional communication and sales expertise. You will report directly to the VP, Sales, Transportation.
Responsibilities:
Promote the company’s services and solutions to drive growth with up sales to the existing customers and the new clients through external relationships and networks with public organizations in particular in Fire, Police and Healthcare verticals
