About the Role

You will:

  • Develop, execute and report against a written business development plan.
  • Build and maintain productive relationships with referring parties, including Project Management Company and main contractors etc.
  • Identify, attend and actively “work the room” at events related to our target industries.
  • Promote a consistent message in the market about our offerings and values.
  • Regularly and pro-actively report to the Directors with quantitative measures of their activity and success in building referrer relationships and event activity.
  • Demonstrate the completeness and quality of data the person maintain in our CRM system.
  • Meet a monthly target contribution margin of generated qualified leads each month.
  • Meet a monthly target conversion value of leads into business, in conjunction with the sales and account managers.
