About the Role

We are Forge Skin, a fast‐scaling, performance‐driven DTC skincare brand built for global growth.
We're seeking a Sales Manager to lead and grow our customer acquisition and revenue strategy.
You'll own the tele‐sales process end‐to‐end — from managing closers and optimizing conversions to developing strategies that increase customer lifetime value and retention.
Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and manage a team of E‐commerce tele‐sales closers focused on upselling and cross‐selling to existing customers.
Develop and execute E‐commerce tele‐sales strategies to increase revenue, average order value, and repeat purchase rates.
Monitor daily tele‐sales performance, ensuring the team consistently meets and exceeds targets.
Collaborate with marketing and customer success teams to refine sales scripts, offers, and follow‐up sequences.
