About the Role


  • Develop incremental new business within the Sports & Entertainment segment.

  • Design and execute commercial strategies to increase MICE revenue across assigned hotels.

  • Manage relationships with global corporate clients, event agencies, DMCs and congress organizers, focusing on high‑volume strategic accounts.

  • Identify multi‑destination business opportunities and coordinate proposals across regions.

  • Represent the hotel group at international trade shows, MICE forums, roadshows and specialized events.

  • Monitor industry trends and generate tailored commercial actions for each hotel.

  • Align efforts with Revenue Management, Marketing and Operations to ensure profitability and target achievement.

  • Prepare executive reports, sales forecasts and performance summaries by property/region.
