We are seeking an experienced and target-driven Sales Manager (Real Estate) to lead our sales operations for residential and commercial projects. The candidate will be responsible for revenue generation, team management, client relationship handling, lead conversion, and successful deal closures. The role requires strong leadership, negotiation skills, and the ability to drive sales performance while ensuring customer satisfaction.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field
  • MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred
  • 4–8 years of experience in real estate sales
  • Minimum 2 years of team handling experience preferred
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
  • Knowledge of CRM software and sales reporting tools
