About the Role
The role will report directly to General Manager, Philippines. Philippines is the strategic market for the region’s business. The Sales Manager will be a key member of the Philippine sales leadership Team. The primary responsibility of this role is to lead the country Field Sales/Internal sales to achieve area/territories sales objectives and deliver exceptional service to our customers in the market.
What you will doing in this role….
- To take ownership and exceed sales targets through the local implementation of the Country Sales Plan
- Recruit, develop and manage a high-performance team of field/internal sales personnel by setting, communicating and monitoring aligned goals and objectives, implementing remedial actions where required.
- Motivate & lead the Field/internal Sales teams to drive significant growth in Corporate Account, Key Account in the geography.
