Job Description
- Join the planning strategies meeting with executives to boost circulation.
- Set department goals and plans in alignment with the organization's policies/strategic plan.
- Manage and supervise the team to perform according to the specified goals.
- Support the team in closing sales by providing guidance and assistance to ensure a successful deal.
- Plan to expand the new customer base and establish guidelines for maintaining relationships with both existing and new customers.
- Coordinate with customers and related organizations both domestically and internationally.
- Control departmental expenses, including costs associated with product testing for customers.
- Manage the products in the warehouse to have the right amount and follow the established policy.
