About the Role
We are looking for a results-driven Sales Manager to lead and oversee all sales activities for premium landed housing projects under a strategic Japanese–Indonesian Joint Venture.
This role requires strong leadership, structured sales execution, and the ability to drive performance while maintaining premium brand positioning aligned with Japanese standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the full sales cycle of landed residential projects.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and absorption targets.
- Oversee daily sales operations, including in-house sales team and property agents.
- Monitor pipeline, closing ratio, and sales performance metrics.
