As our Sales Manager, you’ll play a key role for new business development and managing key accounts in North China.

**What You’ll Be Doing**

+ Propose individual annual goal and fulfill the goal
+ Develops new business, dig out and follow up design-in and design-win projects
+ Manage key accounts
+ Maintain the data on OneERP
+ Reports the account plan, visit report, business review report
+ Maintains good customer relationship
+ Cross selling for solution and automotive products
+ Supports marketing team for market survey, promotion plan
