What are your key accountabilities?
Planning how to establish and maintain major account relationships in Vietnam and sell the full line of products and services (Premixes and Feed Additives); developing innovative sales approaches in Vietnam (main based in North VN)
Uncovering the crucial needs and requirements of the customer, linking this to relevant Trouw Nutrition solutions and products and, finally, closing deals
Being the ‘spider in the web’ between accounts and Trouw Nutrition; proactively aligning demands and expectations of the customer with the internal organization and all relevant stakeholders in order to achieve maximum customer satisfaction
End to end responsibility for the total portfolio; organic & hydroxy trace minerals, feed milling efficiency programs, mycotoxins, gut health programs, phytogenics, young animal nutrition solutions, vitamin and mineral...
