Sales Manager

Responsibilities: Represent the companys brand and introduce insulated panel solutions to architects, consultants, developers, and contractors. Conduct technical presentations, provide solution-based consultations, and promote product inclusion in project specifications. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders: architects, consultants, project developers, main and subcontractors. Develop a pipeline of new projects, track opportunity progress, and ensure achievement of monthly KPIs. Manage and update CRM systems, including potential customers, project pipelines, and market information. Gather market data, analyze competitor activities, and monitor industry trends. Coordinate with Commercial Managers to track project progress, analyze specification status, and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
