Job Summary
The Corporate Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth by acquiring
and managing corporate accounts, promoting the resort as a leading destination for
MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Exhibitions), team outings, and corporate
retreats. The role demands strong business development skills, relationship
management, and strategic sales planning.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Business Development
Identify and acquire new corporate clients through cold calling, networking, and
referrals.
Generate leads from HR heads, Admin managers, Travel desks, and corporate
decision-makers.
Conduct property site visits and deliver impactful sales presentations.
Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
