About the Role
The Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing and directing the entire sales function across country. This role involves developing and executing a cohesive sales strategy to drive new business acquisition and revenue growth across all freight forwarding services, including air, sea, and cross-border logistics.
Key Accountabilities
- Deliver country field sales budget (volume & Gross Profit) and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve business growth targets for the country, in alignment with regional and global objectives.
- Lead, manage, and mentor a team, providing strategic guidance, setting performance standards, and fostering a high-performance sales culture.
