About the Role

Job Overview
The Sales Manager is responsible for driving new client acquisition through fieldwork and direct visits while leading and managing a team of Account Executives. The role focuses on sales performance, client growth, and team development to achieve company targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, coach, and manage a team of Account Executives
Assign targets, monitor performance, and provide regular coaching and feedback
Identify and close new B2B clients through field and outbound sales efforts
Support Account Executives in managing and growing client accounts
Oversee the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing
Ensure accurate sales reporting and achievement of monthly targets
Qualifications:
Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in IT, software, or related industries
