YOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

Drive top line growth in assigned country / country cluster or industry and manage assigned internal & external account manager teams.

  • Define sales strategy and take responsibility for business development.
  • Define and implement sales strategy and guidelines for country/country cluster or industry.
  • Set sales targets, budgets and allocate resources.
  • Manage assigned internal and external AM teams.
  • Cooperate with Business Development, Customer Service and PM/IMM and share best practices.
  • Contribute to product development projects.
  • Optimize margins by reviewing, guiding, and optimizing pricing.
