Our client is seeking an experienced Sales professional who has worked in audiovisual or commercial realestate industry with experience in office fitouts assistance. The chosen candidate will be the first face that potential clients see and as such will be responsible for building the potential client’s interest in the company and establishing the correct understanding of the company’s offerings, capability and most importantly, values. 

You will:

  • Generate and following up on new leads (via tele/e-marketing, cold call, etc.)
  • Develop and maintain relationship with existing and potential clients
  • Follow up on the warm leads
  • Prepare sales quotes, proposals, and presentations
  • Seize and close sales opportunities that spring from assigned clients
  • Achieve sales target and key performance indicators
  • Structure, obtain approval and negotiate terms & condition for sizeable deals
