Responsibilities

As a Sales Manager you will be responsible for leading and managing a team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth in El-Ain. Your main duties will include:

• Developing and implementing sales strategies
• Identifying new business opportunities
• Building and maintaining relationships with clients
• Monitoring market trends
• Coaching and mentoring your team to ensure their success

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Minimum of 5 years experience in sales management
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong leadership abilities
• Experience in the El-Ain market is preferred
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus
