Sales Force Automation (SFA) Analyst
Location: Spain (Hybrid / Local Market Based)
We are looking for a proactive and delivery-oriented Sales Force Automation (SFA) Analyst to join our commercial technology team. This role will actively support multi-country SFA rollout projects, working closely with global and local business stakeholders to ensure smooth deployment, adoption, and stabilization of SFA solutions.
Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related fieldMinimum 3 years of experience in SFA, CRM, or commercial IT solutions (FMCG experience is a strong plus)Hands-on experience supporting or delivering rollout projects across multiple countries or business unitsStrong understanding of field sales processes (route planning, visit execution, orders, promotions, KPIs)Experience working with vendors and global IT teamsStrong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skillsExcellent communication and stakehold...
