About the Role

THE ROLE
OPTIMIZE, ENABLE, INNOVATE!

As our Finance Manager – DSR, you play a critical role in partnering with Sales to drive profitable distributor growth. You will own end‑to‑end distributor P&L performance, lead forecasting and planning cycles, challenge commercial assumptions, and deliver insight‑led analysis to support senior decision‑making within a complex, multinational environment.
You will be reporting to the EDM Finance leadership, and you will manage:
1. Commercial Finance & Distributor Business Partnering
Act as key finance sparring partner to the Commercial (Sales) teams managing distributor markets

Provide financial leadership on distributor negotiations, pricing, trade terms, and investments

Challenge assumptions and improve forecast quality to drive profitable growth

Support distributor performance reviews and customer profitability analyses
