Job Description
- Hunter role - to secure new customers
- Cooperate with Oversea agents and customers by email or telephone.
- Visit existing customers and new potential customers.
- Issue quotations as customer requested including responding to oversea inquiries.
- Follow up the shipment and coordinate with internal with other section concerning until the job is completed.
- Monitor and follow up on new inquiries of new customers even coordinate with sales support and operation.
- Receive complaints and solve the problem or present a solution as customer satisfaction.
- Report sales activities, monitor profit, and even check active customers every month.
- Develop, build, and maintain client relationships.
