Job Overview
Location: Milton, Ontario, Canada. This is an onsite opportunity.
Salary: Base compensation $70,000 to $100,000 plus commissions, DOE. We’re seeking a driven Sales Executive/Freight Broker with a proven record of sales backed by numbers.
What We’re Looking For
- A hunter mentality with a proven track record in freight brokerage or logistics sales.
- Ability to bring or build a book of business and produce from day one.
- Experience working with North American lanes, including cross‑border (cross‑border helpful).
- Knowledge of LTL, FTL, Reefer, dry van and all modes of shipment.
- Strong deal‑closing, relationship‑building and volume‑delivery skills.
Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Freight Broker or Sales Executive in logistics.
- Demonstrated sales history with verifiable numbers (e.g., monthly GP, loads moved, average margins, customer portfolio).
