🔹 Handle inbound & outbound calls (Chat/WhatsApp/Web inquiries)
🔹 Guide customers toward purchase conversions
🔹 Collaborate with Marketing & CRM teams
🔹 Meet and exceed sales targets
Requirements:
✅ 1–3 yrs experience in Inside Sales / Tele Sales (eCommerce/retail preferred)
✅ Strong communication skills (English & regional languages)
✅ Target-driven with CRM know-how
📈 KPIs: Conversion Rate | Call Volume | Revenue per Executive
