About the Role

Shangri-La Tokyo is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive who looks after catering and events sales  to join our Sales team! If you are passionate about building relationships, exceeding targets, and driving business success, this is the opportunity for you.


Preference will be given to candidates with experience as a coordinator or the same capacity in hotel sales for one year.

Core Competencies:

  • A person whose native language is Japanese or who holds qualifications to work in Japan and can read and write in Japanese without any difficulty in business interactions with Japanese clients.

  • Business Development (Directs Sales solicitation through sales visit, telemarketing and direct mail) 

  • Well organized and good at follow up

  • Communication & Interpersonal Skill

  • Negotiation Skill

  • Leadership/Ownership

  • Fluent in Delphi, Opera and Nexus Usage
