About the Role

Overall Job Purpose

To drive sales growth by identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and promoting corrugated packaging solutions to meet customer needs.

Key Responsibilities

1. Promote and sell corrugated packaging products (cartons, boxes, custom packaging solutions)
2. Manage and grow existing customer accounts to achieve sales targets
3. Prepare and follow up on quotations, tenders, and contracts
4. Conduct market research to identify trends, pricing, and competitor activities
5. Liaise with production and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
6. Monitor customer satisfaction and resolve complaints promptly
7. Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports and forecasts
8. Identify and develop new clients
