As a Sales Executive at the PakWheels Service Center, you will be responsible for directly engaging walk‑in and inbound customers, converting leads into sales, and upselling PakWheels services. This is a frontline sales role focused on delivering an exceptional customer experience while driving revenue through effective service pitching and follow‑ups.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome walk‑in and inbound customers and understand their vehicle and selling needs
- Recommend the most suitable PakWheels services based on customer requirements
- Coordinate and schedule vehicle inspections for timely and hassle‑free service
- Clearly explain services such as Sell It For Me (SIFM) and Classifed, executing Ad Live where applicable
- Convert customer inquiries into successful service bookings through trust‑based conversations
- Follow up after service completion to ensure satisfaction and address concerns
