About the Role

Responsible for acquiring and closing new B2B clients for the company’s fintech solutions in East Malaysia. The role focuses on structured pipeline development, product demos, and consistent achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets across short- and mid-cycle product

Key Responsibilities

  • Acquire and close new clients for fintech products, including EWA and enterprise solutions
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead qualification to deal closure
  • Conduct regular client meetings and product demos (average 3–4 per week)
  • Build and maintain a qualified sales pipeline aligned to quarterly targets
  • Achieve expected demo-to-close conversion rates of 30–40%
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasts, and sales reports
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding post-sales
  • Other ad hoc tasks
