Roles and Responsibilities

Develop and maintain effective relationship with key accounts, ensuring customer expectations are met through proactive problem identification and resolution strategies
Increase sales volume for company’s products and services, while maintaining sales expense budget
Responsible for identifying and meeting needs of potential customers
Must possess thorough knowledge of project specifications, contract documents and how the work is paid
Manage administrative duties to include full detailed reports and status updates meeting established deadlines and objectives
Research historical cost data and apply mathematics and basic engineering principles to analyze needs
Call customers to create new business relationships and see how current customers can be further served
