About the Role

Position Summary
This role will support Sales Directors, Alliances, CSMs, and Marketing, to actively engage with our prospects and clients helping to increase customer satisfaction, retention, and lifetime value by leveraging Aria Billing Cloud. The ideal candidate will require a balance of technical, and sales aptitude including the ability to be the primary technical contact during sales engagements, assess business and technical fit of our products, and recommend solutions to clients
Responsibilities
Provide direct sales support on Aria Billing Cloud by conducting discovery sessions, configuring product presentations, presenting solution designs, giving best practice recommendations and business, functional and technical support to prospective clients during the sales or renewals process.
