About the Company Our client, a leader in secure mobile identity verification and digital trust in Canada, is seeking to hire a Sales Engineer (hybrid, 3 days/week). About The Opportunity

Act as the technical advisor during client discovery, solution design, and pre-sales engagements

Lead customer onboarding activities, including new client implementations, partner onboarding, and product rollouts

Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to design and deliver client solutions

Support architecture and integration discussions with customer technical teams

Manage post-sales activities, including issue resolution, customer reporting, performance monitoring, and ongoing account support

Gather customer feedback and market insights to influence product enhancements and solution strategy

Develop technical documentation, presentations, demos, and proof-of-concept solutions
