About the Role
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned region.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers.
- Provide technical support and product recommendations to clients.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and sales contracts.
- Conduct customer visits and on-site presentations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical or related fields)
- Recent graduate or up to 1 year of experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work in field sales and travel within the region.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and result-oriented mindset.
