First Year (Trainee Period โ 12 Months):
Gross Stipend of โน20,000 per month + Incentive
Second Year:
Gross Salary ranging from โน25,000 to โน30,000 per month, based on first- year performance + Incentive
Third Year Onwards:
Gross Salary ranging from โน27,000 to โน35,000 per month, based onย second-year performance + Incentive
