In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, developing technical proposals, managing client relationships, and closing sales for construction and engineering projects. Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and project leads.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits.
- Prepare and submit quotations, technical proposals, and cost estimates.
- Review project requirements, drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate project scoping.
- Coordinate with Design, QS, and Operations teams to develop competitive solutions.
- Present technical solutions and provide product or project recommendations to clients.
